إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ
Surah Ar-Ra'd 13:11
Translation
“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.”
