أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
Transliteration
As'alullah al-'Azim, Rabb al-'Arsh al-'Azim, an yashfiyak. (seven times)
Translation
"I ask Allah the Mighty, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to cure you."

When & why
The Prophet ﷺ said: whoever visits a sick person whose time has not yet come and says this seven times, Allah will cure them. A short dua with a vast promise.
